4. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly from our Coimbatore hub. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and external logistics factors. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Given the nature of hygiene and cleaning products, returns are generally only accepted for defective items or fulfilling errors. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days upon inspection and approval.
